This was our first visit to Tulum, and it exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and authentic. We really enjoyed everything. They always made us feel welcomed! The room was so beautiful and very clean and very spacious.
I loved the entire staff was super friendly and helpful!!! The room was amazing!! The food and drinks were delicious!! My in room massage was outstanding!!!There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.
I loved everything especially the penthouse. The staff was all perfect and polite. I felt very welcomed and I’m definitely coming back with friends and family. I loved how close it is to everything and I felt safe.
